Feathered Fun 5th Birthday Party

Today I bring you the most amazing and colourful sweet table for little Nektaria's 5th Birthday Party. I love so many things about this sweet table! One of the things I admire is the theme, such a unique and fun idea. You can really see how much time and effort was put into the sweet table, as all the little details are gorgeous.
Some of my favourite details are:
♥ The bird glitter cake toppers.
♥ I love the colour scheme. All the colours work perfectly together and really adds to the fun birthday vibe.
♥ The backdrop! What a difference a gorgeous backdrop makes. As well as the heart backdrop they have also added heart confetti to the table and heart macarons - amazing!
♥ The small detail of the sequinned ribbon around the table brings that element of celebration and sparkle.
We asked Kathleen from Rock Paper Sugar Events who co-ordinated the sweet table a few questions about how she created the table.....
Did you have a theme for your event?
Theme was love hearts and the birthday girls' favourite birds - the flamingo, swan and peacock.
A colour scheme of pink, purple, blue white and green was used to represent the colours of her favourite birds - with lots of lovehearts featured in the form of cookies, macarons and handmade backdrop, and with everything matching in the chosen colour theme <3

Adelaide Pavilion, Australia
What type of sweets did you have?
Macarons, cupcakes, cakepops, cookies, chocolates, candy - all in the colour scheme of the birthday girls' favourite birds - flamingo (pink) swan (white) peacock (purple, blue and green)
What was your favourite part of the party?
The birthday girl hand drew pictures of her favourite birds, which were used on the birthday invitation - I knew that her drawings needed to be included onto dessert table for a cute personalized feel also! Her drawings were included on the decorated cookies, cupcakes and as the main feature on her birthday cake.
